Currently managing a busy accident repair centre with a team of more than 30 staff, they are responsible for workshop performance, productivity, scheduling, customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency. Their experience includes KPI management, labour performance monitoring, supplier negotiations and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high repair quality standards.

A major strength is their technical understanding of body repair, paint processes and quality control systems. Their background includes advanced paint process engineering, robotic programming and manufacturer-level quality standards across major automotive production environments. They are highly experienced with colour matching, paint defect analysis and continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and operational performance.

Commercially aware and highly organised, they are also experienced leading HSE meetings, managing dealer relationships, overseeing ADAS calibrations and driving improvements across workflow and production processes.
