They have successfully managed large productive teams alongside support staff while maintaining high repair quality standards, strong workflow efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction performance.

Operationally strong and highly organised, they are experienced overseeing workshop scheduling, final quality checks, payroll responsibilities, staff efficiency monitoring and day-to-day bodyshop performance. They are also confident supervising front-of-house operations and handling customer interactions professionally to maintain strong CSI standards and repeat business.

Alongside bodyshop management experience, they also have extensive estimating and VDA knowledge, including advanced Audatex training and manufacturer-approved estimating accreditations.
