A confident and motivational leader, they have a proven record of mentoring Bodyshop Managers and wider teams, driving engagement, accountability and performance. Commercially astute, they understand profit generation, cost control and stock management, and have successfully implemented process improvements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in competitive markets.
