Their experience includes supporting both new and used car departments while consistently delivering strong finance performance and customer satisfaction results.
A major strength is their ability to build long-term customer relationships and maximise retention. Throughout their career they have developed strong prospecting strategies, client follow-up processes and customer engagement techniques that helped deliver some of the strongest retention figures within their group operations.
They are highly experienced managing vehicle finance processes, second-facing customers and ensuring all deals are completed in line with FCA compliance standards. Their approach focuses heavily on creating a positive customer experience while also driving finance penetration, add-on sales and overall department profitability.
Alongside strong F&I knowledge, they also bring excellent communication skills, strong CRM management experience and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building. £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary with £60,000+ OTE
