This candidate is a highly experienced Dealership Accountant with more than 20 years working across multi-site and multi-franchise automotive groups. Their background includes dealership accounting, financial management and senior accounts leadership roles within high-volume dealer networks covering sales, service, parts and fleet operations.

They are experienced producing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, dealer composites, forecasts, budgets and year-end packs while maintaining strict reporting deadlines within manufacturer-led environments. Their knowledge also includes manufacturer bonus reconciliations, VW/Audi Bank processes and working closely with head office finance teams across multiple dealership operations.

Commercially aware and highly organised, they have worked extensively with CDK Rev 8, CDK Drive and multiple dealership management systems and are confident handling complex multi-site accounting functions. They have also managed and supervised finance, accounts and vehicle administration teams across several dealerships while supporting operational performance and financial compliance.

Their experience spans a wide variety of franchise environments, including prestige, volume and fleet operations, giving them excellent all-round motor trade accounting knowledge. Alongside strong technical accounting ability, they are confident liaising with departmental managers to review profitability, costs and business performance across dealership operations.
