Their background spans manufacturer-approved bodyshops, insurance repair environments and dealership operations, giving them extensive knowledge across estimating, repair methodology and compliance management.

They are highly experienced producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex and manufacturer repair methods while ensuring all work remains compliant with BSI 10125 standards and insurer requirements. Their experience includes both retail and insurance estimating alongside supplement management, engineer liaison and customer communication throughout the repair process.

Technically strong and highly organised, they are confident using systems including Audatex, Autoflow, GT Motive, Thatcham and Glasses while maintaining excellent attention to detail when assessing damage and producing repair strategies. They also have strong understanding of manufacturer approval processes and work provider pricing structures across multiple franchise environments.

Alongside hands-on estimating experience, they have also held leadership positions managing trainee VDA staff and supporting departmental performance improvements.
