Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

Having progressed from apprentice panel beater level into VDA and estimating positions, they bring a strong combination of technical repair knowledge, estimating expertise and customer service experience.

Their background includes extensive experience producing estimates, managing insurance approvals and supporting repair progression within busy accident repair centres. They are highly confident using Audatex systems and have previously held ATA accreditation as a VDA, alongside formal City & Guilds qualifications in panel beating and vehicle repair.

A major strength is their understanding of repairs from both workshop and estimating perspectives. Having worked hands-on within body repair before moving into estimating, they understand repair methods, labour times and workshop processes in detail, allowing them to produce accurate and commercially aware estimates.
