A major strength is their ability to improve underperforming dealerships and create strong team cultures. Throughout their career they have successfully implemented structured management processes, improved staff engagement and introduced sales and customer journey improvements that delivered measurable growth across used vehicle sales, retention and profitability.
They are highly experienced managing sales teams, conducting daily one-to-one coaching sessions and implementing performance review structures to improve accountability and results.
