Currently working within a large fleet workshop operation, they are responsible for diagnostics, repairs, MOT preparation and servicing across HGV fleets while also supporting workshop supervision duties. Their experience includes scheduling work, delegating tasks, overseeing technicians and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and in line with compliance and safety standards.

A major strength is their strong leadership capability alongside advanced technical knowledge.
