This candidate is a Level 3 qualified MET Technician with strong experience across accident repair, diagnostics, wheel alignment and mechanical repair within busy automotive workshop environments. Their background combines practical workshop knowledge with specialist MET and ADAS calibration experience, making them a strong all-round technician within the accident repair sector.
Currently working within an accident repair environment, they carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repairs alongside wheel alignment, diagnostics and ADAS calibration work across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers. Their experience includes strip and refit operations, component replacement and supporting vehicles through the full repair process to high industry standards.
Before progressing into MET work, they gained valuable experience within mechanical repair roles carrying out engine repairs, rebuilds and vehicle servicing. This gives them strong understanding of both mechanical and bodyshop operations, allowing them to work confidently across multiple areas of vehicle repair.
A major strength is their adaptability and willingness to continue developing technically. They hold additional manufacturer hybrid vehicle training alongside wheel alignment and ADAS calibration experience, helping them stay up to date with modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
