About Profile

This candidate is a highly experienced MET Technician with more than 30 years working within the automotive industry across accident repair centres, prestige vehicle operations, diagnostics and specialist engineering environments. Their background combines exceptional technical ability with extensive manufacturer training and prestige vehicle experience, making them a standout candidate within the accident repair and automotive repair sector.

They are fully qualified to IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Accident Repair (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim) and hold extensive manufacturer training across diagnostics, ADAS calibration, four-wheel alignment and prestige vehicle repair processes. Their experience includes working on high-end and performance vehicles within manufacturer-approved accident repair environments where attention to detail and quality standards were critical.

A major strength is their broad technical capability. They are highly experienced carrying out complex strip and refit work, drivetrain removal, electrical fault finding, diagnostics, glass and panoramic roof replacement, air conditioning repairs and advanced calibration procedures. Their career has also included extensive work with prestige and specialist vehicles requiring advanced repair methods and manufacturer-led repair standards.

Alongside technical expertise, they are known for professionalism, strong communication skills and mentoring less experienced technicians within workshop environments. Their stable career history and passion for automotive engineering demonstrate long-term dedication to the industry and continuous professional development.
