About Profile

This candidate is a highly experienced MET Technician with more than 20 years working within accident repair, bodyshop and automotive repair environments. Their background includes extensive strip and refit experience alongside panel repair, diagnostics, wheel alignment and ADAS calibration across busy accident repair centres and fleet repair operations.

Currently working within a high-volume repair environment, they carry out full dismantle and rebuild operations, suspension repairs, diagnostics, geometry setup and ADAS calibration while ensuring repairs are completed to excellent quality standards. They are also experienced identifying additional damage during repair stages and supporting efficient repair progression throughout the workshop.

A major strength is their broad all-round accident repair knowledge. Their career has included experience across panel beating, preparation, paint spraying, quality control and welding, giving them exceptional understanding of the full repair process from vehicle assessment through to final completion.

Technically strong and highly adaptable, they also hold qualifications in electric and hybrid vehicle repair alongside Tesla training and extensive hands-on experience with modern repair methods and diagnostic systems. Their previous experience as an MET Team Leader demonstrates strong organisational skills and the ability to support and guide workshop teams within fast-paced repair environments.

Reliable, disciplined and detail-focused, they pride themselves on producing high-quality work while maintaining strong productivity and workshop standards. They are now looking for a long-term MET Technician opportunity within a progressive accident repair environment.
