Currently working within a busy accident repair centre, they specialise in delivering high-quality refinishing work while maintaining excellent productivity and attention to detail. Their experience includes advanced colour matching, blending techniques and achieving manufacturer-level finish standards across a wide range of vehicle types.

A major strength is their technical understanding of paint processes and paint defect analysis. Their previous role within automotive coatings consultancy involved supporting repair centres with paint shop audits, technical training, process improvements and troubleshooting paint defects to improve both quality and profitability across bodyshop operations.

Alongside hands-on spray painting experience, they have also managed paint shop operations and workshop teams, overseeing workflow, materials control, productivity and customer satisfaction.
