A major strength is their attention to detail and quality control. They are experienced carrying out colour matching, defect rectification, flatting and polishing, SMART repairs and final inspection work to ensure vehicles leave the workshop to a high professional standard. They are also confident handling a variety of paint systems, primers and spray equipment across different repair settings.
Their background also includes mentoring junior Paint Sprayers and supporting workshop operations through stock management, materials ordering and maintaining health and safety compliance within paint shop environments. Having worked within both UK and European automotive repair environments, they are comfortable adapting quickly to different systems, processes and workshop structures.
