This candidate is an experienced Parts Advisor with more than 20 years in the motor trade, bringing a strong background across both main dealer and trade parts operations. They are highly confident supporting busy workshops, front counter customers and trade accounts while maintaining excellent service levels and department efficiency.

They have extensive experience handling trade and retail parts enquiries over the phone and face-to-face, supporting technicians with accurate parts supply and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service. Their knowledge of dealership systems is strong, with daily use of Kerridge, SAP, Microcat and eCat across ordering, invoicing and stock control functions.

Operationally, they are organised and dependable, experienced in goods inwards, stock management, credit note processing and telesales support. Having worked within fast-paced dealership environments for many years, they understand the importance of accuracy, communication and keeping workshop downtime to a minimum.

With a stable career history and broad parts department knowledge, they are now looking for a fresh challenge within a professional dealership or trade parts environment.
