Their background covers multiple automotive brands and both retail and trade environments, giving them strong all-round knowledge of dealership parts operations and customer service.

They are experienced sourcing and supplying parts for workshop technicians, trade customers and retail clients using manufacturer EPC systems and dealership software. Their day-to-day responsibilities have included invoicing, stock control, parts forecasting, warranty returns, reconciliation procedures and liaising directly with manufacturers regarding technical issues and backorders.

Having worked across several respected automotive groups, they are confident using multiple computer systems and adapting quickly to different dealership processes. Their experience also includes handling warranty parts, exchange units and returns while maintaining excellent organisation and accuracy within busy departments.
