About Profile

This candidate is an experienced Parts Manager and automotive parts professional with more than 10 years’ experience working across main dealer, bodyshop and warehouse operations within the motor trade. Their background combines strong stock control and purchasing knowledge with excellent leadership ability and a commercially focused approach to parts department management.

Currently working within a warehouse management role supporting automotive parts distribution, they are responsible for managing warehouse operations, stock integrity and delivery scheduling while leading and motivating a team to achieve operational targets and customer service standards. Their experience includes implementing internal audit processes, improving warehouse efficiency and maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.

A major strength is their broad operational understanding across both dealership and bodyshop environments. Previous roles have included Parts Manager responsibilities where they oversaw purchasing, inventory management, supplier relationships, departmental budgeting and stock control while supporting workshop and repair operations within fast-paced automotive environments.

They are highly experienced analysing sales performance, improving stock management systems and implementing process improvements to increase department efficiency and profitability. Their knowledge also includes supplier negotiations, customer account management and managing parts supply for both internal workshop teams and external trade customers.

Professional, organised and solutions-focused, they are confident managing teams, improving operational performance and delivering excellent customer service standards. Having recently relocated, they are now looking for a long-term Parts Manager opportunity within a progressive automotive business.
