Currently working within the automotive parts sector, they are responsible for customer service, trade and retail parts supply, stock management and supplier coordination while supporting both workshop and online sales operations. Their experience includes handling trade enquiries, identifying and sourcing parts accurately, managing deliveries and ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service.

A major strength is their extensive management and supervisory experience within dealership parts departments.
