Parts Manager

Their background combines excellent customer service skills with strong stock management knowledge and hands-on experience supporting busy aftersales and workshop environments.

Throughout their career they have worked extensively with workshop technicians, retail customers and trade accounts, ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently to maintain workshop productivity and customer satisfaction. Their experience includes VOR management, stock control, warranty processing, invoice verification and technical case handling within fast-paced dealership environments.

A major strength is their broad operational knowledge across all areas of parts departments. Alongside front-counter and workshop support experience, they have also stepped into supervisory responsibilities involving stock adjustments, returns management, warranty administration and assisting with the day-to-day running of the parts department.
