Parts / Service Advisor
This candidate is an experienced automotive Parts and Service Advisor with over 10 years working within main dealer environments. Having built their career across both parts departments and service desks, they bring a well-rounded understanding of dealership aftersales operations and the importance of efficient communication between workshop teams and customers.
They are confident dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Alongside strong customer service skills, they are comfortable working to targets and performance KPIs, supporting busy departments where productivity and organisation are key.
Technically, they have strong knowledge of automotive parts identification and ordering, including the use of electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems such as Kerridge. Their experience includes supplying technicians with required parts, pre-picking components for scheduled workshop jobs, processing stock deliveries and managing back orders to keep workshop operations running smoothly.
Having worked across multiple manufacturer brands, they are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced dealership environments where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Salary Expectations
£27,000 – £30,000 basic salary.

Location
Based in Central Manchester and open to roles across Trafford, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Stockport.
