Currently working within a Sales Administration Coordinator role, they are responsible for producing vehicle invoices, setting up guarantees and policies and supporting sales teams with smooth vehicle transfers and documentation management. Their role involves prioritising multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and supporting overall dealership efficiency.

A major strength is their broad automotive administration experience across several dealership groups and manufacturer environments. Throughout their career they have supported new and used vehicle departments with invoicing, vehicle licensing, warranty and policy setup, workshop coordination and stock administration while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

They are highly experienced communicating across multiple departments and dealership sites to coordinate paperwork, workshop preparation and vehicle transfers efficiently.
