Their experience covers the full vehicle sales cycle, including prospecting, enquiry handling, vehicle demonstrations, negotiation, finance presentation and final handover. Commercially aware and highly motivated, they have regularly achieved over 110% of monthly targets while maintaining strong profitability and customer satisfaction levels.

Finance and insurance sales are a major strength, with consistent success promoting finance packages, GAP products and additional add-ons while maintaining strong compliance standards. They are also experienced completing part-exchange appraisals, managing CRM pipelines and generating repeat and referral business through excellent customer relationship management.

Technically confident with systems including Pinewood DMS, Salesmaster, BCA Dealer Pro and GRP, they are organised, adaptable and comfortable working within fast-paced, KPI-focused dealership environments.
