Having progressed from Sales Executive through to Business Manager and Sales Manager positions, they bring extensive knowledge of new and used vehicle operations, finance performance and dealership leadership within high-performing automotive retail businesses.
Currently operating within a senior Business Manager role, they are responsible for driving departmental performance, maximising finance and insurance penetration and supporting the wider sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Their experience includes overseeing FCA compliance, completing month-end audits, implementing sales strategies and improving overall showroom performance.
A major strength is their ability to develop and motivate successful sales teams. Throughout their career they have implemented structured sales processes, improved F&I performance and helped dealerships achieve significant improvements in profitability, customer experience and sales conversion. Their leadership style focuses heavily on coaching, accountability and maintaining strong showroom standards.
They are highly experienced across new and used vehicle operations including stock ordering, part exchange valuations and working closely with buyers to ensure stock profile and pricing strategies are aligned with market demand. Their commercial awareness and strong analytical ability have consistently helped improve departmental performance and profitability.
Alongside operational management, they also bring strong experience around FCA compliance, customer journey management and relationship building with finance providers and key stakeholders. £42,000 – £48,000 basic salary with OTE £70,000+
