About Profile
This candidate is an ATA Accredited Senior MET Technician with more than 30 years’ experience across accident repair, diagnostics, workshop management and prestige vehicle environments within the automotive sector. Their background combines strong technical expertise with extensive manufacturer training and hands-on experience across both modern and classic vehicle repair operations.
Currently working within a busy accident repair environment, they specialise in mechanical, electrical and trim repairs on both passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. Their experience includes strip and refit work, suspension replacement, structural component repairs, diagnostics, electrical fault finding and ADAS calibration across a wide variety of vehicle manufacturers.
A major strength is their advanced technical knowledge. They hold IMI accreditation in ADAS calibration, hybrid and electric vehicle repair and Senior MET competence, alongside extensive experience with diagnostics, four-wheel alignment and air conditioning systems. Their career has also included specialist work within prestige and classic vehicle restoration environments where exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail were essential.
Alongside technical repair work, they have previous workshop management experience, including overseeing technicians, quality control, workshop administration and MOT operations. Their practical engineering mindset and ability to problem solve make them highly adaptable within fast-paced repair environments.
