They are highly system confident, with extensive daily use of Kerridge / Keyloop Drive and RTC, and are experienced in managing the full customer service journey from booking through to vehicle handover. Their skillset includes upselling additional work, gaining authorisation, interpreting Visual Health Checks and promoting service plans and extended warranties.

Known for their professional, customer-focused approach, they work closely with workshop teams to ensure clear communication, efficient workflow and a high-quality service experience for both retail and fleet customers.
