Their experience includes managing service bookings, coordinating workshop communication and maintaining regular customer contact throughout the repair process. They are confident using systems such as Kerridge, 1Link, VHC and other CRM platforms to support efficient aftersales operations and maintain strong customer satisfaction performance.
Alongside their aftersales knowledge, they are commercially aware and experienced in upselling additional work, generating leads and supporting customer retention initiatives. They are comfortable working in KPI-driven environments where customer satisfaction and conversion performance are equally important.
In addition to their service advisor background, they have supported dealership events, social media activity and front-of-house operations, giving them a modern and engaging approach to customer interaction. £29,000 – £32,000 basic salary plus bonus
