They are confident using Kerridge (ADP) and multiple CRM systems and are highly organised when managing workshop diaries, invoicing, bookings and customer communication. Their experience also includes handling breakdown and recovery cases, mobility planning and coordinating urgent customer requirements while maintaining excellent service standards under pressure.

Commercially aware and customer-focused, they have a strong track record in service plan sales, upselling advisory work and maintaining high CSI performance. They are comfortable managing multiple customer cases simultaneously and pride themselves on providing clear communication throughout the repair journey.
