They are confident carrying out MOT testing, preparation work and light repairs, alongside routine servicing and brake work. With experience across Volkswagen Group and premium manufacturer environments, they understand the importance of compliance, accuracy and efficient workflow within structured workshops.

Having also supported front desk and workshop allocation duties earlier in their career, they bring a well-rounded perspective to aftersales operations. Reliable and practical in approach, they are comfortable working independently or as part of a team and are used to stepping into busy workshops to provide immediate support.
