About Profile

This candidate is a fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician with a strong background in diagnostics, MOT testing and main dealer workshop environments. They have built long-term experience across both volume and manufacturer-led dealerships, developing into a Hyundai Senior Diagnostic Technician through ongoing manufacturer training and technical progression.

Their technical experience includes advanced diagnostics, electrical fault finding, engine repairs, gearbox work and general servicing and maintenance. Having achieved Hyundai expert-level certification, they are confident working on complex faults and using manufacturer systems to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently to brand standards.

Alongside diagnostics, they also hold MOT testing qualifications and have previous experience working across light commercial vehicles and heavier fleet vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes. Their background has given them a strong understanding of workshop processes, customer expectations and maintaining productivity within busy service departments.

Most recently they moved into an MET position, however they are now looking to return to a hands-on mechanical and diagnostic technician role better suited to their long-term career goals and technical strengths.
