This candidate is a fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician and VOSA-approved MOT Tester with strong main dealer experience and a stable automotive background. They have continued developing their technical ability throughout their career, gaining experience across diagnostics, servicing and modern hybrid and electric vehicle systems.

Currently working within a main dealer environment, they are responsible for carrying out MOT testing, servicing, repairs and fault diagnosis while maintaining manufacturer standards and workshop efficiency. They are confident using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and are experienced communicating effectively with both service advisors and customers throughout the repair process.

Their background also includes experience supporting workshop operations at supervisory level, including helping train staff, supporting workshop organisation and assisting with aftersales processes such as estimates, invoicing and bookings. Technically capable and adaptable, they work well within busy workshop environments and are comfortable managing deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

With hybrid and EV training already completed, they are keen to continue developing within the industry and build on their growing technical knowledge.
