They are confident using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and are experienced communicating effectively with both service advisors and customers throughout the repair process.

Their background also includes experience supporting workshop operations at supervisory level, including helping train staff, supporting workshop organisation and assisting with aftersales processes such as estimates, invoicing and bookings. Technically capable and adaptable, they work well within busy workshop environments and are comfortable managing deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
