About Profile

This candidate is a fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician with more than 15 years of experience across main dealer, accident repair and fast-fit automotive environments. Their background includes working on prestige and high-performance brands as well as modern hybrid and MHEV systems, giving them a broad and technically capable skillset.

They are highly experienced in both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, using OBD systems, multi-meters and oscilloscopes to identify and resolve faults efficiently. Their technical ability extends across engine and transmission repairs, steering and suspension work, ADAS systems, four-wheel alignment and more complex strip and refit work following accident damage repairs.

Alongside workshop diagnostics and repairs, they are confident managing workshop administration tasks including job cards, warranty processes, parts sourcing and cost estimating. Their previous experience mentoring apprentices and supporting workshop operations demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills within busy automotive environments.

They also hold hands-on experience with hybrid and MHEV vehicle systems, including powertrain removal and installation, and have worked on modern prestige manufacturer platforms requiring high levels of accuracy and manufacturer compliance.
